Therefore, as a church and as a leadership it is our delight to love Jesus, obey Jesus, imitate Jesus, serve Jesus, and follow Jesus at all times and in all ways.
Pastor

Dean Burgis
Dean was appointed as Pastor of Leominster Baptist Church in May 2014. He and his wife, Naomi, have been married since 2011 and have two sons, James and Henry. They moved to Leominster from Bournemouth.
Pastoral Worker
Marie Gittoes
Marie has been Pastoral Worker at LBC since early 2019. She and her husband, Richard, have been members of the church for over 25 years. They have a son and daughter who are both married and have four grandchildren. Marie is also a deacon.
Youth and Family Worker
Hannah Harris
Hannah became our Youth and Family Worker in September 2019. Prior to living in Leominster, she and her husband lived and worked in Tywyn, Gwynedd. They have two girls and love spending time out and about together – especially if there is an ice-cream shop to visit!
Deacons
Jeremy Clark – Church Secretary
Jeremy and and his wife, Anne, have three adult children and six grandchildren (3 Welsh and 3 American!). They moved from Cumbria to Herefordshire in 2010 in response to God’s leading. Jeremy now works in Social Care having previously worked in education.

Chima Okereke
Chima and his wife, Catherine, are from Nigeria but have lived in England since 1988. He is a Gideon and is passionate about evangelism.

Paul Price
Paul and his wife Anna have lived in and around Leominster all their lives. They were married in 2017 and have a son, Paul is a farmer and Anna is a nursery nurse. They both enjoy being out and about in the Herefordshire countryside.

Chris Rice
Chris and her husband, Richard, are originally from Surrey but moved to Leominster in 2010 after ten years of serving God in the slums of Guatemala. They have two adult children. They keep themselves busy doing voluntary work in and around the town.
Ed Roberts
Ed is a retired farmer and his wife, Polly, was a teacher. They have three married children and eight grandchildren. They have been members of LBC for over thirty years and really value their involvement there.
Sheila Wilson
Sheila was born in Lancashire and grew up on the family farm. Soon after they married, she and her husband moved to the Leominster area with his job in 1973. They have two grown-up children and four lovely grandchildren who are a joy to them. They have been part of LBC since moving here and have been involved in the life and ministry of the church for many years.

Tim Wilson
Tim is originally from Coleraine, Northern Ireland, and moved to England where he and Helen met as students. They have been married for over twenty years and have two children. As a family they moved to Leominster in 2002. They love living in Herefordshire.
Youth Leaders
Joe Whitfield
Joe is originally from a small family farm in Northern Lancashire. He moved to Leominster in 2011 to work for CheckPoint Christian Youth Trust, a local charity that provides Christian assemblies, after school clubs and R.E. lessons in primary schools across Northern Herefordshire.
